Dr. Diana Mendoza-McCormick, Founder and Phycisian
Dr. Diana is the founder of Optimum Balance, established in 2014 with a mission to help individuals achieve their health, beauty, and wellness goals. Over the years, she has continued to expand her knowledge and expertise, incorporating advanced services and holistic approaches to address the unique needs of each patient.
With a passion for personalized care, Dr. Diana works with patients of all ages and provides care for a variety of health and wellness concerns, including pediatric care, women’s health, joint pain, and other acute and chronic conditions. Her approach focuses on treating the individual as a whole while creating personalized treatment plans designed to support optimal health and well-being.
Dr. Diana is also dedicated to helping her patients look and feel their best through aesthetic and wellness services. Licensed by the Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Acupuncture, she combines high-quality products with the latest aesthetic techniques to provide safe, effective, and personalized treatments.
Her commitment to exceptional patient care and continued education has led her to pursue extensive training in both conventional health sciences and Eastern medicine. Dr. Diana earned a second Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine. She is Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Continuing her dedication to advanced education, Dr. Diana also earned a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from DAOIST Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts.

Lorena Mendoza - Garcia
Laser & Electrolicys Technician
Lorena joined the Optimum Balance team in 2019 as part of our hair removal team. As a certified electrologist and laser technician, she brings expertise, precision, and a personalized approach to every treatment.
With a passion for helping clients feel confident and comfortable, Lorena is dedicated to providing effective hair removal services while creating a welcoming and relaxing experience. She continues to contribute her knowledge, ideas, and attention to detail to ensure every client receives exceptional care.

Licensed Aesthetician
Claudia Mendoza is a licensed aesthetician with a passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness. She has completed specialized training and seminars focused on skin health and aesthetic treatments, allowing her to provide personalized care tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Claudia combines natural skincare products with modern aesthetic technology and techniques to enhance the effectiveness of the treatments she provides. Her approach focuses on helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin in a safe and natural way.
In 2015, Claudia joined Optimum Balance as a Licensed Aesthetician and Optimum Body Specialist. Since then, she has been dedicated to helping clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals while encouraging a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
