Diana is the founder of Optimum Balance, established in 2014 with the goal to help people accomplish their health, beauty and fitness goals. Over the years, she expanded her skills and continuously incorporates services. Diana is dedicated to serve her clients and guide them toward feeling and looking their best.
Licensed by the Board of Cosmetology, Diana incorporates the best products with the latest aesthetic techniques in efforts to enhance her clients' experience.
In her dedication to provide exceptional care, Diana pursued further education, earning a second Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in 2024. She is also Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

Lorena joins Optimum Balance as part of the hair removal team. She's a certified electrologist and laser technician. She joined the team in 2019 and continues to bring ideas and knowledge to provide our clients with the best relaxing spa experience possible.

Claudia Mendoza has dedicated the past six years to the study and care of the skin, attending various seminars where she trained in this specific area. She is a licensed aesthetician and mixes natural products with the latest technology in order to maximize results in the treatments offered to every client.
In 2015, Maria Claudia joined Optimum Balance as an aesthetician and Optimum Body specialist. Her goal is to help customers have a better lifestyle in a natural, safe, and healthy way.
